Policies, Terms and conditions:
To ensure we maintain a healthy business relationship between the client(s) and Kaoss Recordings Studio, rules and regulations applies to all client(s) and guest, no exceptions.
Rules & Regulations:
Absolutely 100% no smoking inside of Kaoss Recordings Studio building at any time
Food and drinks are not allowed on any surfaces that have equipment on or under such surfaces.
Please be courteous when Arriving or Leaving Kaoss Recordings Studio.
You Break it, They break it, then You buy it! (anyone who enters with the client/s is the artist/client responsibility) who comes in this establishment is the responsibility of the client who brings them and the client will be charged for any damages to the property of Kaoss Recordings Studio.
No illegal weapons are allowed on the premises of Kaoss Recordings Studio.
Please dispose of your trash in the proper trash cans provided.
Kaoss Recordings Studio reserves the right to make financial arrangements with any client.
No pictures, no video, no audio tracks, no projects or other media shall be released to the client until payment that is due to Kaoss Recordings Studio is paid in full.
Kaoss Recordings Studios is not responsible for any/all property left by the client or their guest.
If client/s do not pay the full amount due to Kaoss Recordings Studios within 30 days after completion, the project or media becomes property of Kaoss Recordings Studio and the studio is not liable for any actions taken.
When in session with another client, please be courteous and talk with your inside voice.
Kaoss Recordings Studio reserves the right to refuse work with any client at our sole discretion.
Having any service provided to you from Kaoss Recordings Studio, means you have read and fully understand the terms, conditions and policies that you will agree to and will obey by.
Charges, rates, fees, or equipment may change without displayed, verbal or written notice.
Any and all policies may change or be waived at the sole discretion of Kaoss Recordings Studio

Scheduling and Payment Policy:
Upon scheduling a session/s, 50% of the total scheduled session/s cost is required and will be held as the deposit.
Deposits are Non-Refundable. The remainder of the charges will be due before the start of the first scheduled session.

Cancellation Policy:
A 24 hour notice is required for any type of cancellation
If notice is not given within the 24 hours of the client/s schedule session, the client's deposit is forfeited to Kaoss Recordings Studio for the scheduled session/s canceled.
Kaoss Recordings Studio reserves the right to cancel scheduled sessions at our own discretion. A refund of the deposit will be returned.
Rescheduling Sessions:
Kaoss Recordings Studio can reschedule your session/s at anytime due to unforeseen circumstances. Rescheduling will be agreed by both parties for the next available date.
By calling at least 24hrs before a client/s scheduled session, it will allow the client/s to save their deposit from becoming forfeited to Kaoss Recordings Studio.

Late Arrival/Early Departure Policy:
All sessions begin/end at scheduled time.
Payment is still required in full before session starts
If a client must leave a session before scheduled end time, Kaoss Recordings Studio is not obligated to reimburse the client or reschedule the session.

Engineering Policy:
If the project is not complete during scheduled session due to the fault of the engineer, the project will be completed at both parties earliest convenience; Full Payment is still due for original arranged appointment.
If the arranged session ends and the project is not complete due to the fault of the artist/clients, payment is still required for session's scheduled.
Any breaks that you, the artist/client choose to take while in session, is at your own will and the session will still end at arranged time.
Kaoss Recordings Studio (engineer) can save unfinished projects and schedule for the next available time, if the artist/clients wants to complete the project. Same rates apply.
Mixing and Mastering is not included as part of a recording session.
Kaoss Recordings Studio prefers you provide your own storage device, if not Kaoss Recordings Studio can provide one at additional costs.
Kaoss Recordings Studio is not responsible for any projects damaged or lost after leaving Kaoss Recordings Studio property.
Kaoss Recordings Studio is not responsible for directing or instructing the clients project/s.

Liability:
Any and all damages to Kaoss Recordings Studio property (willing or unwilling) by client or guest of client must be paid in full before client or said person can ever re-enter the establishment again.
Family and friends of artist/client's are welcome, but are at the risk of the client being the responsible person for any damages to Kaoss Recordings Studio property.
Kaoss Recordings Studio is not responsible for any belongings brought into the establishment that get damaged or lost.
Kaoss Recordings Studio is not responsible for any unrecoverable data. (from any type of storage drive, hard drive or any other medium)
Kaoss Recordings Studio is not responsible for the storage of the clients data. Clients are to provide their own storage device to save data at the end of each session. If the client does not have a storage device, Kaoss Recordings Studio can offer one at additional cost.
Kaoss Recordings Studio is not responsible for loss or damaged projects or property left on premises due to fire, flood, theft or any other unfortunate event.
Kaoss Recordings Studio is not responsible for any data objects that leaves the property and results to expenses loss due to hard drive failure not working.

Leaving Property Behind:
Kaoss Recordings Studio is not liable for any/all property left behind when you leave the property.
Kaoss Recordings Studio will gladly store and hold property IF found, but Kaoss Recordings Studio is not liable for damages done to the property while in our possession.

Studio Time:
The session/s starts when the engineer has imported your instrumental and finished setting up vocal levels.
Session/s over when project has been saved, has finished exporting to your storage device.

Downtime:
If Kaoss Recordings Studio suffers any equipment malfunction, acts of force of nature, personnel issues, etc., that interferes with the current/scheduled session/s, we will gladly reschedule the session/s at an agreeable time for both parties.
The client shall receive the equivalent time remaining left in the current session or the scheduled session/s effected will be rescheduled.

Mix's and/or Masters:
To receive your mix's and/or master/s, the client must pay the full amount due to Kaoss Recordings Studio
